Hi dear readers!

Sempena dengan sambutan hari ibu kelmarin, saya mahu mengucapkan selamat hari ibu kepada semua ibu - ibu seluruh Malaysia dan seluruh dunia. Terutama pada Ibunda tercinta saya Puan Suliah Bte Kamilin!

correct term for this is sleep paralysis.

some said macam2 sebab yg menyumbang kearah fenomena ini. most of them clinically researched and all based to logically.
